DAKS-AudioConnect links your telephone world with an existing PA infrastructure or heterogeneous loudspeaker system. This allows you to output live or pre-recorded announcements directly to a PA/loudspeaker system from your telephone.
This special form of alerting is always used when a large number of people need to be reached simultaneously with just one call – for example, to evacuate a building quickly and efficiently in an acute danger situation (e.g. fire). Campus operators and transport companies also like to use this functionality – the latter to play current announcements or general information over the loudspeakers at selected stops in a process-controlled and individualized manner.
DAKS-AudioConnect enables you to use processes already stored in DAKS in extended application scenarios. For particularly complex scenarios, this can also be implemented on a customer-specific basis with a convenient browser-based user interface (DOCS).
