DAKS transmits alarms triggered by the end device to the responsible helpers via a broadcast call. Alarms can be triggered at the touch of a button or automatically via the device sensors.
In addition, DAKS monitors people by means of cyclical calls or cyclical checks of the data connections to their mobile end devices. If a monitored person does not respond within a defined time or the data connection to their end device is interrupted, a predefined alarm sequence is automatically activated.
The application can be customized: texts, operator guidance announcements, waiting times, button acknowledgement, escalations, etc.
